Secure your table(s) for the 2026 SMS!
Follow the steps at the top menu bar to register – view building layouts, select your table(s), and submit payment.
The Steps are As Follows:
1. Click on the Floor Plan Link and scroll down the page.
2. Select the table(s) you wish to reserve and “add them to cart”.
3. Select the Add-Ons page tab and select if you would like an electrical drop at your table as well as dedicated WiFi.
4. Input your personal/business contact information in the registration tab. NOTE: If you select the option to have your same tables next year, this will only apply to our Loyal Vendors.
5. Select the Cart tab to view your order and ensure if is correct. You can remove any item(s) by simply clicking the circle X to the right of each item.
6. If all is correct in your cart, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Proceed to checkout button.
7. Submit required billing information and purchase or pay for your tables via check. If you wish to use PayPal or Credit Card, select the circle next to the appropriate icon.
8. Check the Resources Link for information pertaining the show that you may find helpful.
You will then receive an invoice/email that is either, your Paid In Full Receipt, or Balance Due.
Be sure to bring this invoice to the show with you (either electronically or printed) to prove you are a vendor.
Follow the instructions on the invoice if you have NOT made payment to pay for your tables.
As always, reservations are on a First-Come, First-Served basis, with preference given to long-time, loyal vendors. They have already had an opportunity to secure their reservations from last year since March of 2025.
In order to be considered a loyal vendor we require at least 5-years of consecutive show attendance as a vendor.
